BIT OF BACKGROUND INFO
My classes are relaxed — all levels and in approach, just creating a space that you can find some calm, have a good stretch and focus on your breath. I currently hold yoga classes in Cambridge, having moved from London at the end of 2025.
TRAINING
I’ve been a yoga teacher since 2018, when I trained in Ashtanga/Vinyasa with elements of Iyengar alignment (200 hours) . Since then I’ve continued doing courses, finding I’ve been drawn increasingly towards slower and more relaxing styles. I completed a Yin training (50 hours) in 2019, a Pre- and Postnatal Yoga course (50 hours) in 2020, a Yoga For Stress, Burnout and Fatigue course (50 hours) in 2022 and I’m currently training to be a Postnatal Doula.
I plan to use the doula training to continue helping parents through my yoga classes and in time hope to do doula work alongside.
Since having my son in 2022, I’ve been working with more postnatal groups. I’ve found my focus, unsurprisingly, drawn to mums and babies, creating spaces for recovery from vaginal and abdominal births.
I also still teach Vinyasa classes, focusing on breath-led movement for all levels in a relaxed space.
